Memberships do not include commissioned custom work or funding support. The House is not a lender and cannot guarantee eligibility, approval, or funding. Funders make their own decisions; required specialist services are separately arranged.

The $10,000 Managed Owner Service is a separate annual engagement with digital membership included. Family and institutional mandates have their own proposals. The digital membership’s 14-day guarantee does not replace a House service agreement.
