The 90 bonus days extend access after the purchased year. They are not a 90-day refund window or a payment deferral.

Requesting access and making payment
Membership requests are reviewed before payment and activation. Submitting a request does not charge you. The payment page or invoice states the amount charged, purchased access, exact access dates, refund deadline, usage limits and any renewal terms before payment. No automatic renewal is created by a membership request. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms unless you agree to a change.
The annual membership refund guarantee
For the $600 Annual Core Bundle, request a full membership refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. The purchase confirmation must state the exact deadline and timezone. A request received before that deadline qualifies even if the team processes it later.
Send a refund request through your GrowCo conversation, or call (888) 613-7627. Identify the purchase and account email. Do not send full card details. No completed course or proof of dissatisfaction is required under this guarantee. Approved refunds return through the original payment method where available; settlement timing depends on the payment provider.
After the 14-day window, the voluntary annual membership guarantee ends. This does not limit rights required by applicable law. Canceling a future renewal is separate from asking for a refund of a past payment; contact GrowCo to manage either request.
What membership includes
The Core Bundle covers digital experiences in ALTR365, GrowNRG, Dunlap U and Altar & Assignment. ROAR Labs is the fifth core pathway; coached cohorts, outside training and The Well programs are arranged separately. AI usage limits apply. Domains, business email, SMS, advertising, custom builds, live instruction and institution or family engagements have separate scopes and fees.
Managed Owner Service includes digital membership without a second $600 charge. Its work, support limits, delivery milestones, payment schedule and cancellation/refund terms are set out in its service agreement. House of Dunlap engagements, ROAR cohorts, The Well education programs and family or institutional services are not automatically included in the digital bundle.
