GrowCo is the growth collective. It exists for one reason: to help people take what God put in their hands and turn it into a life they can sustain and a gift they can give away.
This is not a slogan. It is the initiative behind every product, every call, every email, and every dollar that moves through this work. GrowCo is the name we are building under, and helping the world grow is the assignment we are building for.
The premise
Genius is not rare. It is everywhere, and it is usually buried: under a job that only pays the bills, under a skill nobody ever named, under a season that took everything, under a person who was told early that they were not the type.
God did not put the same thing in two people. Which means the answer for your family, your trade, your block, and your church will not come from a program. It will come from people who found their own thing and were actually helped to grow it.
So GrowCo is a collective, not a brand with a funnel attached. We gather the tools, the teaching, the people, and the honest attention, and we put them around whoever shows up ready to grow.
What we believe
- Every person has a God-given genius. Not a few, not the confident ones, not the credentialed ones. Everyone has something unique, and it is already in them.
- Your genius has two jobs. Sustain you and your family, and serve other people. That is the whole assignment. It does not matter what it looks like.
- We point you to God, not to us. GrowCo is a workshop, never a source. We are not the thing you plug into.
- Vision comes before provision. When a person has a clear vision from God, provision follows and the means to execute shows up in pieces a person can actually handle.
- Your version is allowed to look different. Revenue, housing, transportation, a trade, a shop, a ministry, a household held together. The shape is yours.
- Nothing here ranks callings. A mother, a welder, a pastor, a founder, and a young person starting over are doing the same work: finding the genius and using it.
- Growth that stops at you is not finished. The measure of a grown person is not what they accumulated. It is what they can now carry for somebody else.
The two jobs
Every path in GrowCo is measured against the same two things. Not engagement. Not a plan tier. These:
Sustain yourself and your family
Something real that holds you up. Generating revenue is sustaining. Housing is sustaining. A vehicle that starts in the morning is sustaining. A skill that travels with you is sustaining. We help you build it, structure it, and keep it.
Serve everybody else
Once you can stand, you lift. Your genius is the answer to somebody's problem. Service is not the reward at the end of growth; it is how growth keeps its meaning and stays in God's hands instead of ours.
What GrowCo is not
It is not an outlet. GrowCo is not a stage where brands take turns talking or a storefront with a logo wall. There is one voice and one thread, and it belongs to the collective.
It is not a source. We do not want your dependence and we do not sell your direction. If prayer, a school, a trade program, a church, or a job is the right next step, we will say so, even when it takes you outside our walls.
It is not a ranking. Nobody gets graded on their calling here. There is no set starting point and no preferred kind of person.
It is not a promise of money. We will not promise income, results, or approval from God. We will give you honest work, real tools, and people who tell you the truth.
How the work is organised
Four movements, and one mentorship lane alongside them. Nobody starts at the beginning. You start wherever your genius actually is.
Find it
ALTR365 is where the genius gets heard clearly: prayer, formation, identity, and the honest question of who this is for.
Build it
GrowNRG turns it into an offer, a name, a website, and work that pays. The vision gets a container that can hold money.
Sustain it
Dunlap U is where money gets structured, ownership gets understood, and the household stops living hand to mouth.
Serve with it
Altar & Assignment is formation for the assignment itself: preparation, instruction, and the discipline to serve without needing the credit.
Grow through it
ROAR Labs provides mentorship before, during, and after outside training, so a person is not left alone between the classroom and the job.
One thread
Every call, every email, every announcement and every community notice goes out from GrowCo at GmasHQ.com. The lanes keep their own rooms and their own records. The conversation comes through one door, so nothing gets lost and nobody has to guess where to look.
When GrowCo places a call for the community, it comes through this brand. That is what keeps the whole thing navigable, and honest.
The promise to every person who comes here
- You will not be sold a start. The free beginning stays free, and it is real.
- Your answers will be used to build your path, not a profile to pitch at you.
- You will not be ranked, graded, or compared to somebody else's calling.
- You will always be able to see why a recommendation was made.
- When the right next step takes you outside GrowCo, we will help you leave well.
How we will know it worked
Not by signups. We will ask every member three questions, and we will publish the answers:
- Can you name your genius in one sentence?
- What can you sustain now that you could not sustain before?
- Who are you carrying?
If those three answers are real, the initiative is working. If they are not, no amount of traffic will fix it.
GrowCo is a Christian-rooted collective. Our foundation is Christian and our invitation is open. You do not have to share our faith to learn, participate, contribute, or receive support, and faith-centred programs are always clearly marked.
