A community for everyone working toward a healthier, more disciplined life. Coach B shares his journey alongside yours. We build strength, routines, support and the habits that help progress last.
Our collective goal is 1,000,000 pounds lost and maintained. Documented net loss counts once; regain reduces the total. A documented 90-day maintenance period is the proposed counting standard. This is a goal and reporting method, not a current result or a promised personal outcome.
Share your story or photos by choice. Public features require separate permission; health records remain private. Setbacks are a reason for support. You can belong and participate without a weight-loss goal.
THE WELL / EDUCATION WITH ROAR LABS

The Well is GrowCo’s developing education brand, working in conjunction with ROAR Labs. The Well shapes learning environments; ROAR adds mentorship, accountability, applied learning and real project experience.
The vision includes daycare, Montessori education, future theological education and digital teaching space, beginning around Philadelphia’s outskirts. Programs, facilities, tuition, approvals and any degree pathways are confirmed separately before enrollment. No operating school or degree-granting authority is claimed.

ROAR Labs is one of GrowCo’s five core pathways. Mentorship, applied learning and real project experience help people connect skills with useful work and service, before, during and after outside training.

Goal setting, check-ins, accountability, help navigating barriers and follow-through into your next opportunity.
Outside training providers
Technical instruction, safety training and any qualifications offered under the provider’s own requirements. ABC Keystone is being explored; a partnership and delivery arrangements are not yet confirmed.

Practical experience with an employer that confirms the role, safe supervision, pay and other terms. ROAR mentorship continues around that experience.
Our 2027 planning goal is 1,000 participants: 500 in digital technology and 500 in hands-on construction. Cohort dates, places, costs, funding, support and provider arrangements will be confirmed before enrollment. Registering interest does not reserve a place or enroll you in outside training.

The weekly 60-minute format pairs 20–30 minutes of public teaching with a private member workshop and Q&A. Personal stories and private questions stay out of the public episode unless the speaker explicitly agrees to share them.
